As we all know, Google is a famous and successful company which is the company have highly innovation in providing a simple, clean, clear and minimalistic user interface. The factor of the wining business model of Google is which is it’s have the logo and search box that is easy and fast to load. Instead, other search engine such as Yahoo were more like generalist portals, confusion, a lot of useless features and links , annoying banner ads, heavy and slow to load . In addition Google had a clear and fast understand the current user’s perception and needed, while the bigger competitor did not achieve it. So that Google have the success way in their business model.
Google have a reliable search result that is user happy to use and trust it, it can make those internet user feel more visible while they have search the information using Google search box. Page and Brin’s PageRank algorithm worked well. Google not only has created a highly effective revenue generator, it has produced better experience for its users. Google want their targeted ads at least as relevant and useful to users as the search results themselves.
Google introduced an intelligent, innovative and quite risky business model-Adwords which is advertise the business on Google as advertising network, the pay per click concept is mean that pay only if any user click the advertisement.
