As we all know, Google is a famous and successful company which is the company have highly innovation in providing a simple, clean, clear and minimalistic user interface. The factor of the wining business model of Google is which is it’s have the logo and search box that is easy and fast to load. Instead, other search engine such as Yahoo were more like generalist portals, confusion, a lot of useless features and links , annoying banner ads, heavy and slow to load . In addition Google had a clear and fast understand the current user’s perception and needed, while the bigger competitor did not achieve it. So that Google have the success way in their business model.

Google have a reliable search result that is user happy to use and trust it, it can make those internet user feel more visible while they have search the information using Google search box. Page and Brin’s PageRank algorithm worked well. Google not only has created a highly effective revenue generator, it has produced better experience for its users. Google want their targeted ads at least as relevant and useful to users as the search results themselves.

Google introduced an intelligent, innovative and quite risky business model-Adwords which is advertise the business on Google as advertising network, the pay per click concept is mean that pay only if any user click the advertisement. The risk proved wining, and the highly innovation business model worked nowadays. Besides, Adword is the main source of revenue of Google Inc. Furthermore, Google was an excellent innovator of the business model. It’s have boosted up variety new great product included Google Maps, Google Earth, Google Video, Gmail and slim revenues in these following years.

Google was an innovator of the business model because Google have delivered all these great new products normally for free, enticing and attracting million of users worldwide, with the result of build up the brand in an outstanding, quite unbelievable way is its did it so fast . Google to be the number one most recognized worldwide brand. Indeed, Google has become a verb ("I can't wait to get home and Google him") which poses real challenges to a company seeking to protect the strength of its mark.

Google have playing an important role which is developing a great technology company in this worldwide. Currently, we cannot found that the other companies that achieve the successful of the business model like Google.

Google, a famous website that everyone knows very well. Google provided a lot of services and products, such as mobile product, web product and others. The winning business model of Google is Adwords. This business model is very risky and innovative. Google offers any types of businesses to promote their product in Google website. The advertising system of Google Adwords is pay-per-click. Under pay-per-click, when a visitor clicks the advertisement, the Google Adwords will bring them to that particular website and advertiser has to pay for that clicks.

By offering Adwords, Google has creates a lot of opportunities for public and they also earned more money. Many people are wondering why Google is so successful though there are so many competitors such as Yahoo, the most famous website. As a result, Google Adwords is the competitive advantage. It is very fast, useful and the result is reliable. That is the reason why people always choose Google as their first choice. Besides that, compare to Yahoo, Google is more simplicity and having their personal browser.

Other than that, the flexibility of Google is one of the favorite’s functions of customer. Google Adwords allows advertiser to advertise their product in their targeting location. This is very specific and easily to approach their targeted customer. Nowadays, online advertising is still the main source of revenue. It helped company earn a lot of money.

In addition, Google is fast to load when we want to search for particular information. They always improve their shortages, user experience, and advanced technology. Google also offers other functions such as Google Maps, Gmail, and Google News. We can find all these functions in Google rather than find in other websites. It is multifunctional website. Google influences people around the world. Without Google, people may not able to know the latest news, knowledge that happen in universal.

What is the winning business model of Google?

Google is becoming the largest market share website nowadays. Although it is established later than the rest such as Yahoo and MySpace, Google is still succeed in leading the industry.

The business model which Google had and currently apply is advertising. Google and Yahoo have the similar function and business model, yet, Google is still act as a leader even though Yahoo joints the industry first. They not only provide advertising service for creating revenue, they also provide a vital tool for most of the internet users which is search engine. But, people choose Google instead of Yahoo because of the speed and the reliability. Besides, Google has designed a very clear and simple website for the users. People are tending to choose those easy to focus and simple site instead of those complexes designed.

Besides, Google is not only provides search engine with a reliable result most of the time, they also provide several free products or services to the users. These functions are including Google Maps, Google Chrome, Google Earth, Gmail, Google Dictionary and so on and they are free of charge. In other words, Google is not acting a successful advertising website but also a powerful and functional website for users.

Google is not only developing in their home country but worldwide. They has specified the search engine result based on the region, and this is much convenience the users. Early of the year 2010, China has a conflict with Google and it is a hot issue within the industry. However, in March 2010, Google has announced to stop the search service on Google.cn and redirected to Hong Kong based Google in their official blog. Yet, Google is still remaining the number of users and this incident is not affecting them.

When people tend to choose Google rather than other competitors, most of the companies advertise their product and services in Google in order to approach more customers. Google earn revenue from the advertisement as a main source.

Cannot deny that, the success of Google is having now is because of the right business model. In the future time, Google can try to make the site as simple and easy to navigate since online with mobile phone is a new trend in the market. More and more users are browsing websites with mobile phone due to the convenience and easy to carry if compare to laptop. Therefore, Google should minimize the capacity of website and thus, the users able to apply the services of Google in the mobile phone smoothly.

把3只的全部看得一清二楚！！

換裝的時候，舞臺上穿插著3只寫給大家看的故事 （寫到這裡，雞皮疙瘩呀！！）
